the recipe starts with the same dough as for the cream puffs or eclairs and is filled with vanilla cream and rasberries - you can vary the berries or the cream - whatever you like or whatever he/she likes you bake for... :)

Lemon ice-cream
the result of my new buying ( cook - books ) is here: selfmade lemon ice made without ice-mashine and also possible with lime.
recipe for 6 portions a 50g:
2-3 lemons (one bio) - 70g sugar - 180g cream
first rub off the peel of the bio lemon than squeeze 70ml lemon juice and cook the juice with the sugar 5 minutes after it boiled once on a low level > than it needs to cool down.
than beat the cream and mix it with the lemon peel. Mix all when die juice is cold and fill it in cups or ice molds or muffin container and freeze it for 3 hours. after the first hour 1 time stir everything and after another take spoons, chopstick or whatever you like into the ice cream and freeze it for the rest of the time. before eating put it under hot water to take it out of the cup and enjoy
Éclairs
My latest recipe i tryied and i LOOOOVED is this one: éclaires with vanilla pudding cream and shocolate topping.
Therefore you need a dough like for cream puffs - a choux. http://maikefr.blogspot.de/2013/07/cream-puff.html
than you make a vanilla pudding cream if you like make it as finished product that you just have to mix with milk/cream or you make cream sweet with vanilla sugar. The same procedure with the topping. Than put it in the fridge for a few hours so that the dough gets soft and enjoy.

cream puff
I tried a new recipeand i want to share it with you because it doesn´t only look delicious - it is!! perfect to impress visitors by a coffee or so: cream puffs with chocolate sprinkles and strawberries as a summer edition.
the recipe works with choux and cream with vanilla sugar. for the choux you need (for 16 peaces):
Preheat the oven to 220 ° (200 ° convection)
1) 60g Butter
2) 250g Milk or Water ( i took milk )
3) 1/2 tl salt
cook the first 3 ingredients until the butter melts and than take it from the stove.
4) 150g flour
put in flour and than stir on the stove until the dough separates from the pot base and on the pot base is a white layer.
5) 4 eggs
wait 10-15 min so that the egg does not curdle and than start with one egg and mix it with the dough fully and than take the next. take as much eggs as the dough needs to shine (maybe 3 are enough).
fill the dough into a bag spray or forme it with the spoon and take enough distance between each on your kitchen plate. Than bake it 20-25 min until its golden-brown and than immediately cut the puffs with a sharp knife.
6) 400g cream
7) 400g strawberries
8) chocolate sprinkles
Leave to cool and then fill with approximately 400g cream and strawberries and top it with the chocolate sprinkles! finish and enjoy :)
